Archive Converter (ACVT) (Win32 console) is a command-line utility which allows you to convert one type of archive into another.

The program supports practically any archive type, including ARJ, RAR, and ZIP, and enables you to generate a time-stamped log file.

In addition, you can extract and append selected files to an existing archive.
